1. Letting Idiots Ruin Your Day

It is almost guaranteed that you are going to run into idiots and people who don’t like you. 😵‍💫 They may be annoying, or irritating, or flat out wrong, and there’s nothing you can do about it. So let it go. 🍂👋🏼 It’s a waste of your energy. Don’t let these "idiots" ruin your day ❌

2. Feeling Guilty When Asking for a Raise

Asking for a raise can be intimidating, but it's an essential step in your career growth. It’s not personal, it’s professional. 🧳🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 It’s a transactional relationship. They pay you to do work and you do the work and they pay you. That’s it. So advocate for your worth with confidence. 🏆 You’re worth it. 

3. Downplaying Yourself and Doubting Yourself

Self-doubt is a common hurdle that can hinder your progress and not giving yourself credit is kind of yucky. 👎🏻 Be your own best friend, be your own role model. If you think you’re not as good as everyone else, then welcome to the club! Truth is, no one knows what they’re doing. ⚠️ We’re all out here just winging it.

You have the ability to shape your own destiny by quitting what no longer serves you. 🌙 Stop letting those negative voices in your head get to you. Instead, embrace your worth, and have confidence in your abilities. You got this!!!👏
